# Internal Server Error when adding coupon

 * Hi,
 * When adding a coupon at the check out we are getting Internal Server Error when
   you go through the check out without adding a coupon all works fine. It’s just
   when adding a coupon code. Does anyone know what the issue could be here?

 * I’d still like to see your site’s status though — are you running off the latest
   version of core, that being v3.3.5 ?
 * It could definitely be another plugin causing an interference in the process.
 * Have you tried switching to a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront ([https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/)),
   and disable all of your plugins, except for WooCommerce, and then stepped through
   your checkout process, to see if that resolves the trouble. If it does, then 
   please re-enable your features until you find the one causing the interference.
