 * Where did that theme come from? These forums only support themes from the repository
   on this site, so you’ll have to ask wherever you got it from.

 * Oh sorry, haven’t seen that one before.
 * I just installed it on a test site and had no problems – so I’d doubt it’s a 
   theme problem. Do you have any plugins active – they might be conflicting.
 * You could also ask on the theme’s forums, though not sure how active the developer
   is:
