# Internal Server Error – Take 2

 * Internal server error for member role when uploading profile pics.
    More information:
   Went to URL in error and it claimed wrong NOUNCE. after review I disabled all
   cache plugins. tried again. Still get a internal server error Click on URL in
   the error message and it posts. : You do not have enough permissions to do that.
 * Users can edit every field in their profile except uploading profile pics. Logged
   in as admin role there are no issues.
 * Any ideas?

 * What version of the plugin you have installed on your site?
    Can you please do
   a quick conflict test so we can rule out theme/plugin conflicts and see if this
   issue goes away. Here is the [doc on how to do a conflict test](http://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test)
   if you are not sure how to do it.
