    We’ve uninstalled with the “Complete deactivation” enabled and reinstalled a few times and keep running into the following error when running a manual scan:

    Internal server error.
    Stage: signature_analysis

    Are there any PHP errors in your web server’s PHP logs? You can ask your hosting support about this.

    I don’t see any error logs in particular but I’m wondering now, because new security was introduced to our hosting, are there any IPs we need to whitelist from CleanTalk? It could be possible our firewall might be preventing communication if this is the case?

    I’m not sure that the problem is this. Could you also check if PHP logging is enabled on your web server?
