# Internal Server Error – live mode

 * Getting an internal server error message on the checkout page even though the
   payment and the order is placed successfully . Customers don’t see a confirmation
   page .
 * There were no updates to the website made recently to trigger this exception.
   We started noticing it 2 days ago.
 * All the other payment methods work fine except for stripe .
 * Any help would be appreciated
