• I am tired of getting the following message after clicking around on a few links on my website:

    “Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Apache/1.3.33 Server at chriskadet.com Port 80″

I know this has something to do with the .htaccess file, but I don’t know what to do with it. Please help me, as I am running 4 websites on my hosting.

    Thanks,

    Chris

  • So what does it say in your apache error log?

It says this in the error log:

[Sun Jun 20 15:10:12 2010] [error] [client 24.102.35.6] (104)Connection reset by peer: FastCGI: comm with server “/var/chroot/home/content/c/s/k/cskadet/html-x-httpd-php5” aborted: read failed

If that’s the only error, then it sounds like PHP is having some trouble. You should contact your hosting provider.

i get the same error 🙁
