Have you changed anything else? Nah mate. Experienced. 🙂 * Starting to scratch my head a bit too. I can only think that you’ve inadvertently done something else, besides install that plugin. You’ve not changed any other settings? Edited your theme? Uploaded/changed any files? Changed permissions? Try the simple option first: re-save your Permalinks (Admin > Settings > Permalinks). * Switch it back to the default option and save, then set up the new structure again and save again.
