Internal server error AND New user registration

    I’m getting all these new user registrations from spam emails AND this internal server message, every other time I click on ANYTHING.. PLEASE HELP. I have not been able to do anything for a week on my site..

    SAMPLE : Im getting emails like this:
    Internal server error AND New user registration
    Username: mxkdjbff
    E-mail: jk.x.lo.p.iy.x.a.h8y.kqcbnm@gmail.com

    I’m trying to delete/deactivate plugins as a remedy, but I get THIS:

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Are you deactivating plugins by renaming the plugins folder via Cpanel or FTP? Try that first. If that does not work, ask your hosting company how to access the server error logs – to see what’s going on.

    I’m a drag and drop WP user. I don’t know how to use a plugins folder, or what that even means. C-panel? OVER MY HEAD. FTP, I know what it means, but not in relation to what I am doing….That answer your question?
