Internal Server Error

    When trying to access Appearance> customize Internal Server Error occurs

    When I enable other themes it does not occur.

    This site is hosted on the AWS dedicated instance t2micro, AMI bitnami-wordpress-5.7-2-linux-debian-10-x86_64-hvm-ebs-7d426cb7-9522-4dd7-a56b-55dd8cc1c8d0.

    I get a “Not Found” error when I click your link.
    Is the error you get “Secure connection failed”? I’m getting that when I click Appearance > Customize, but I found that if I deactivate the Astra Pro plugin, the problem goes away. Activate the plugin, problem returns. This is happening on 5 of 8 sites where I have Astra installed. I’ve launched a ticket with Brainstorm Force. If I get a solution, I’ll post it.

    Hi @mkenzo,

    Have you tried deactivating all of the plugins installed and see if the issue persists?

    @reneyoung, thanks for that. However, I am thinking that @mkenzo’s issue is different.
