    Hi WebNut,

That’s probably unrelated to ShortPixel. But to make sure, can you please deactivate ShortPixel Image Optimizer and try again? What’s the result?

    Hi WebNut,

I’m sorry, but we need more information to be able to assist you.

    • Can you please deactivate ShortPixel Image Optimizer and try again? What’s the result?
    • What action do you do to trigger that error?
    • Where can you see that error?

    Thank you,

The quickest way to fix this is download the repo from Shortpixel Repo and replace the content within the plugin folder.

Thank you for the fix, however, I do not know how to do it.
I wonder if this is something the plugin authors may update to achieve this?

    Hi Webnut,

What Ali is suggesting is basically another way to remove and re-install the plugin. You may try to do that and see if that solves it. But in any case, if it doesn’t, we would need the information we requested from you:

    • Can you please deactivate ShortPixel Image Optimizer and try again? What’s the result?
    • What action do you do to trigger that error?
    • Where can you see that error?

    Thank you,
