Internal server error 500

    Hello i updated now plugin and i see now Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    brute force option is problem i tried again and again my site is down 500 internal error problem in htaccess

    i try malware scanning options and when i save settings again mu site is 500 internal error big problem with this update

    Hi Simpsonhf,

    If you deactivate ITSEC via FTP by renaming it to something like better-wp-security.bak are you able to get back in?

    I’ve got the same issue

    After disabling the plugin, the error 500 are gone

    i delete .htaccess and site is up after i copy htaccess from buletproof plugin and all is good

    Hey Simpsonhf,

    Are you still running ITSEC as well? Or did you find a conflicting feature in the htaccess?

    @yweb – Have you tried checking for a plugin conflict?

    yes i have itsec still but i cant activate new option for brute force plus virus scanner i haev 500 error and must make new htaccess
