# Internal Server Error

 * Hello,
    I just installed the NextGen Gallery plugin, clicked to activate it and
   received the Internal Server Error. My web site is sanfordstudios.com, the theme
   is Headway. I can’t access my dashboard and not all of my pages will open. Now
   here’s the fun part, I know nothing about coding. I read, but didn’t really understand
   instructions on other questions, so please talk down to me, I have no idea what
   to do. The error occured at 12:38 pm on 6/27/2017

 * Hi Debbie – Go into your CPanel file manager, or use FTP and change the name 
   of the nexgengallery folder located in wp-content/plugins folder and you should
   be able to access your site again.

 * Never mind, my site host tweaked the memory limits on my site and everything 
   is working again.
