    Hi,

    I have been experiencing some problems using The Events Calendar in conjunction with Duplicator. It has been happening both in WP Version 4.7.5 and 4.8 and it has been happening since I updated The Events Calendar (the three latest versions). I try to back up my site using Duplicator and I get an Internal Server Error. Any ideas?

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    Are you still experiencing this issue with the Duplicator plugin?

    If you do, please make sure you update to the latest version of our plugin and see if any changes.

    If you still experience issues, Could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.

    After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
