# Internal Server Error

 * After activate the plugin if I go into Appearance > Customize I get the error
   below:
 * Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error
   occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 * There are many scenarios for Internal Server Error. But specific to Documentor,
   please check if you are adding a shortcode in page or post which is already added
   in the documentation of Documentor then Internal server error may occur. Sometimes
   this error can happen if you are exhausting your PHP memory limit.
