# Internal Server Error

 * At checkout there is an error generated: “Internal Server Error,” and the orders
   are not completed.
 * I’m not sure what caused the error as no files have been updated recently (except
   for WP to 4.3 from the previous version).

 * These types of error message hide the ‘real’ error – if you can view your server
   error logs (maybe in wp-content/ but varies per host) and look for a ‘fatal error’
   in the log, that will tell you what plugin/thing is causing it.
