 * Hello, I am troubleshooting for one of my hostees and am having a problem with
   this site only upon transferring servers, my guess is chmod errors which i have
   tried to fix but i guess i didnt 🙂 Thanks in advance for your help
 * first off this is the error log message

 * I had this problem as well. I gave up and reinstalled.

 * Hi,
 * – Check your WordPress .htaccess file for bad directives. It is located in your
   WordPress installation directory. If there then remove it
 * – restart http service for the server
 * – disable all plugins
 * – redo the upgrade and upgrade wordpress manually

 * I did disable all the plugins, but I’m a hostee, so I don’t have access to the
   back end.
