# Internal Server Error

 * I have a ProPhoto blog.
 * Yesterday, I tried updating my overall custom font but it didn’t work. I also
   tried updating my plug-ins but received an error message. My website [http://jynallenphotography.com](http://jynallenphotography.com)
   was working fine after that. Today, however, my entire site is down. I can’t 
   even log in to the /wp-admin to view anything.
 * I honestly have no idea what my steps should be to fix this because I’m not savvy
   in websites at all.
 * I contacted my host, GoDaddy, who ran everything they could and they could not
   find the issue. They directed me here.
 * My error message is as follows:The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration
   and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator
   to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done 
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

   provider for help if you cannot find them.
