    Hi Remko,
    First let’s tackle the obvious, did you enter the correct ListID? It is not the one from the url, but the 32 character hex code.

    If this does not work, let me know which other plugins you are using that need to communicate with Campaign Monitor.

    I did use the correct code. When i make a new list it will work for one time. There are no other plugins that communicate with campaign monitor at this moment.

    Hi Remko,

    I tried to reproduce your error but no success. We need additional information to fix the problem. What is the error message? If you get error 500 without any error message, maybe you can set php settings to see the error (display_errors on, error_reporting E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE).

    Hi Carlo,

    for a while it went better, But now we experience the same problem.
    The error log says this:

    Hi Remco,
    The problem is clear. Curl is the service that connects your website to Campaign Monitor. The Campaign Monitor Server is known to be not too fast. So what happens is that it takes more than 10 seconds to update the changes, while there is a time limit on this operation, set by the server on which your website is hosted. Ask your hosting provider to increase the time out value, or your web developer to change it in PHP, if possible.

    Hi Carlo,

    We changed the time limit, but it is still not working We get the same error in our logfile.

    Our hosting provider suggested that it was a problem whit in the plugin. He gave me this link. Maybe you can take a look at it?

    Hello to both of you and thank you Carlo for the plugin. I am also now experiencing this error. Without the plugin it takes around 5 seconds to save a field, with the plugin it takes 1-2 minutes if it does not time out.

    Was a solution found for this issue?

    Hello again – I am sorry to bump this but my website is active and the issue is causing delays for all users at the moment and occasional timeouts. Do either of you have any progress on this issue?
