Internal Server Error

So trying to load from a backup. When I try it loads for about 60 seconds and then gives me “Internal Server Error”

When I click on “Plugins” after – I see that it all (or most) of the plugins from the original site WERE copied but the site does still runs the default theme and every time when I try to reupload the clonebackup again, I have to rename site, create wordpress login, this basically loops every failed upload.

Anyone know why this would be?

I have tried manual uploading it to the wp-clone folder and using the link from there but it still does the same thing.

The new WP version is 3.9.1 but the original sites WP version might be earlier, no idea if this would change things.
