 * i have zazzle store builder and zstore helper plugin installed on both of my
   sites. some of my product pages are not displaying correctly. i was trying to
   change the product id on my placemats page and now i can’t access my sites at
   all. i removed the quotes from around the product id number 193 right before
   this happened. i can’t believe this could be keeping me from accessing my site,
   but i didn’t do anything else. someone, please help me. i am an artist, not a
   programmer. i am limping through these technical things and now i am completely
   floored. can i use ftp to access that page and delete it?? i can’t find it on
   the server. what am i doing wrong?

 * have you tried:
 * -Your first step should be locating error log for your hosting account or asking
   support to help with that.
 * -deactivating ALL plugins (yes, all) temporarily to see if this resolves the
   problem. If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the
   problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try deactivating
   via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides. If
   applicible, also remember to deactivate any plugins in the mu-plugins folder.
   The easiest way is to rename that folder to mu-plugins-old.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some
   plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them
   and force them inactive).
 * – To rule out any theme-specific issue, try switching to the unedited default
   theme for a moment using the WP dashboard. If you don’t have access to your admin
   area, you can switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder
   in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using via
   FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
 * -If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, try manually re-
   uploading all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/
   directory from a fresh download of WordPress. This should replace your core files
   without changing your content and settings in wp-config.php file and the /wp-
   content/ directory. Read the [Manual Update ](http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update)
   directions first!
