Internal Server Error

I switched my blog over to WP tonight from Blogger, but I would like to have WP installed in the meandmydiy.com/blog directory, but the blog address to still be meandmydiy.com. I have messed around with it for so long that I’m not really sure what I’ve done wrong, but all I know is that I can go to the blog through meandmydiy.com/blog, but not through meandmydiy.com, which returns an Internal Server Error. Specifically, it says “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.” Any suggestions? Incidentally, I’m still able to get to my admin page. Thanks for your help!
