# Internal server error

 * Hello
 * I installed new plugin yesterday and after that the following error occured:
 * “Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webmaster@sijoitusstrategi.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/internal-server-error-103/webmaster@sijoitusstrategi.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying 
   to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
 * I checked the error log, and it had a following messages:
 * “[Fri Aug 03 23:08:54 2012] [error] [client 91.155.40.13] (12)Cannot allocate
   memory: couldn’t create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/sijoitta/
   public_html/index.php”
 * What can I do?

 * 1. Deactivate the plugin that caused the problem (use FTP/ cPanel if you cannot
   login.

   3. You can always seek your host if server settings cause the problems, or related
   to hosting.
