    Hello,

The first 4 menu options on our website are supposed to send you down on the same page, as they do in Serbian language (default), but not English.

We achieved the effect simply by adding IDs to the sections and sending the URLs there.

How can we make them work on the English version as well? We’ve tried turning off “Force language in custom links” and it does work but switches the language back to the default right away so it’s not a solution.

    Thanks,
    Jovana

    Hello Jovana,

I have tried replicating this issue on a clean instance but everything worked as expected regarding internal links.

Have you used absolute URL’s? Also, please send me screenshots of how the links were implemented?

    Best regards,

For example, if you go to https://payxconnect.com/ , switch to ENGLISH language and press “about us” from the main navigation, the page will reload instead of scrolling down to the about us section on the same page. (as it would do if you switch back to serbian)

    Does this explain the issue?

I have achieved the effect by adding IDs to the sections and connecting navigation items to the links, for example “about us” should link to https://payxconnect.com/home/#aboutus

    Hello again,

I’m sorry for the delayed response – there has been a great load on our support team lately.

It looks like your links are added with the “http” protocol instead of “https”. e.g. http://payxconnect.com/#budimopartneri instead of https://payxconnect.com/#budimopartneri

Can you please try changing them to https and see if it resolves the issue?

    Keep me updated!

    Best regards,

Yes that works perfectly now! Thanks!
