# Internal link not working

 * All on-page and on-post links (at bottom) back to “Why a Daily Exercise Routine”
   post on my website results in “error 404 – page not found” showing, although 
   the “Category” link for this post works. Any ideas?
    The URL for this post is
   showing “-2” after its title (which I don’t really want, but it won’t allow me
   to remove), but the link doesn’t work whether I include that or not in the link
   URL. Thanks.

 * Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings-
   > Permalinks. If this works, then review [Using_Permalinks](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks)
   before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.
