This is not traditionally how we use LifterLMS (we use it for our paid membership learning library) but after using the platform for a few years, I find it easier now than any other way to deliver training courses to our internal team. A couple of months ago we hired a new head of PR for our company and her training consisted of a LifterLMS course we created just for her position. As her duties evolved, we added new sections and new lessons. If the training didn’t take the first time – she could take the course as many times as she needed. This reduced the one-on-one training for me since she reports directly to me. The lifter LMS reporting and (the ability to download PDFs of her progress) were super helpful in adding them to her employee file for recordkeeping purposes. Turns out the job wasn’t the right fit for the employee and she quit after 6 weeks. The best news is we had a training course all ready for her replacement, and I didn’t have to spend the personal time out of my schedule to train one-on-one with the next new hire. Woot Woot! Did I mention I LOVE LifterLMS? 🥳💯👏
