 * Is there a way to post internal comments/memos to the writers? Maybe this could
   be a guideline for picture sizes or schedule for staf members?

 * Something within the admin panel would be nice. Like a stickie or something. 
   Maybe there is a hack/plug-in for it?

 * I’ve got something even newer, the [Dashboard Widget Manager](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/dashboard-widget-manager/).
   I suppose it’s possible to write your own widget.
