Am I the only one who is experiencing intermittent problems with this plugin? When people are filling out our contact forms on our sites, they are submitting their phone number and email address, as they are required fields in the Gravity forms. BUT, sometimes the email address or phone number isn’t being inserted into the client record on Highrise. Everything else will be inserted, but the email will be missing – or maybe the phone number is missing. When I double check the confirmation email, both of those fields are there, which is confusing. I can manually update the contact record with those fields, but why even bother with this plugin if we have to do that?
