# Intermittent JavaScript & Cookies Error

 * Some users are getting this error when they try to submit the form:
 * ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled
   in your browser and try again.
 * I’m being told that they do have both enabled. Has anyone else run into this 
   problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

 * I am having the same issue, although it doesn’t happen when I am logged in as
   Admin. It happens when not logged into the site.

 * I never found a resolution but I haven’t had anyone complain about it in awhile.
   Either it resolved itself or people might just be giving up without notifying
   me.
