# Intermittent Issues

 * Hi,
 * We have recently switched to the YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce
   plugin as the one recommended by WooCommerce was causing so many issues for my
   clients website. However, we are still having some intermittent issues using 
   this plugin. Some customers are checking out fine but others don’t have the option
   to checkout by inputting their card details.
 * I can send the logs over to you but would rather do this via email if that’s 
   OK?

 * Every time I have tested it is fine but my clients customers are having a lot
   of problems so it’s difficult for me to get any screenshots. Below is an email
   I received from my client not long ago.
 * > We’re still getting complaints in and lots of phone calls! There’s a lot of
   > cancelled orders in the system again.
   > We would really appreciate it if you could get the issues resolved as it’s 
   > making unnecessary work and also the customers are getting annoyed.
 * I can provide access to the website for you to have a look but I would need to
   do this via email rather than on a public forum.

   offer any access to your site (even passing data privately), as this is a violation

 * However, I understand that the problem can be somewhat annoying, but if your 
   client can make a video recording of what is happening we can try to help you.

   to give anyone else access to their site. It’s not safe for support people like
   Alberto either. That includes on the forums, email, Twitter, smoke signals, etc.

   you were one of the developers of the plugin.
 * Due to the issues with the PayPal plugins we have used, my client has now moved
   to Stripe which seems to be working OK so far.
