• I’ve been having issues over a period of weeks now where order notifications are not being sent to admin email addresses.

    I have tried changing admin email addresses in woocommerce settings, installed an smtp plugin and have an email log plugin but none seem to solve the issue. From what I can see in the email log, all emails are being sent by wordpress (customers are getting their order notification, contact form works) but for some reason not all order notifications are being delivered to admin (for example, yesterday 4 order notifications were delivered, but 2 weren’t.)

    Can anyone help solve this issue? Is this a woocommerce/wordpress issue or something to do with my hosting?

    If they are logged, and you’re using SMTP, it would have to be an issue with the account you’re sending to.

    Use a mail service with its own tracking and logging, such as Mandrill or Sendgrid.
