# Intermittent Error – Bandwidth Limit

 * I think this plugin is great, however i intermittently get the following error
   message instead of seeing my embedded docs:
 * > You’ve reached the bandwidth limit for viewing or downloading files that aren’t
   > in Google Docs format. Please try again later.
   >  You can also try to download
   > the original document by clicking here.
 * If I refresh the page, the document appears again.
    Do you know what this means
   and how I can stop it? Thanks

 * Sorry for the trouble. This issue isn’t well documented by Google (and they generate
   the error, not the plugin), but see [this thread](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/gde-bandwidth-limit-reached)
   for some ideas.
