  • Over the past few weeks I have noticed a number of errors in Postman’s email log. They all say “5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful.” I increased the timeout limits in the settings but many messages are still being prevented. I am connecting to an Office 365 server – the weird thing is there were no errors when we first installed Postman, in February. I kept an eye on it for a few months and there were no errors, and so I stopped checking. Now within the past 3 weeks these are cropping up and I’m unsure what settings to adjust.

  • Are you still having this issue? I have intermittent “Could not read from” issues, but the vast majority are going through. We are below the O365 limit of 30 per minute and 10,000 per day. Unable to find the same situation in the knowledgebase, or any responses to a similar situation.

    We gave up and switched to WP Mail SMTP.
