Hello, this problem, which was resolved, is happening again.
Course progress and Mark Complete buttons not working. I deactivated Complianze plugin and everything is working again.
I first noticed it today 1-27-2023. Working yesterday.

    Hi @docmolly,

Was thrive or Complianz updated just before this problem started?

Thrive I was not. Complianz may have been, as I had automatic updates enabled on that one. It’s at the latest version now.

The last update was one week ago, so with automatic updates it can’t have been caused by the update.

We’ll set it up locally and see if we can reproduce it.

    Hi @docmolly,

Could you enable Complianz, and disable integrations one by one to see if there’s an issue with compatibility there?

If so, could you let us know which integration? This way we can get faster to a solution when trying to reproduce the issue ourselves,

Maybe a quick way to see if it’s an integration at all is enabling Complianz, going to settings and enable ‘safe mode’. If this works, it should be a specific integration.

Thanks for your help, regards Aert

I’m sorry I don’t have time to work on this now, but I did go to settings and change it to safe mode and so far I see no interference with a Thrive courses. It must be one of the integrations.

I’m working long shifts at my hospital job. I will be able to look at this again on Thursday or Friday if I have time. I will just leave it on safe mode until then.

    Hi @docmolly,

I’ve just installed the Thrive Architect as well as the “Apprentice” plugin used to create those courses, but can’t seem to reproduce the described behavior yet.

I added several elements that require consent (YouTube Embed, Google Maps, Twitter) and enabled their integrations under Complianz > Integrations, which has not yet resulted in the issue appearing on my end.

Please follow the above instructions to disable Integrations one-by-one under Complianz > Integrations, and if it starts working again after disabling a specific integration; please let us know.

    Kind regards, Jarno

Hello, I just did as you said and found it was the Vimeo integration that was causing the problem. I use Vimeo vidoes in my courses, but it effects all lessons in my courses, not just the ones with Videos.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi @docmolly,

Very strange, I now have multiple Vimeo videos included in the “Lessons” but these buttons keep behaving normally on my end.

I propose the following: could you navigate to one of the affected course/lesson pages and “Edit” it with the Thrive Architect? After the editor opens, click the cogwheel in the right side-bar menu and select Export Content (video instructions here).

If you send the export files for one (or more) of the affected course/lesson pages to us via support(at)complianz.io, I can import your page on my end so I can try to replicate the issue with your exact content.

    Kind regards, Jarno

Hello, I am sorry for the delay. My website is my side gig and I have been working a lot at my “day job” recently. I am going to work on this and will send the exported files from Thrive to you later today. Thank you.
