Interferes with Search Results page.

I really love this plug-in. I use it on most of my WordPress installs. Today is the first time that I have had any issues with it.

On my search results page, the navigation menu disappears and my footer items stop working (I call in the latest post with some custom coding BUT the latest posts doesn’t show and I have other posts pulled in through a plug-in in the footer but not all latest posts show).

I don’t have these issues on any of my other pages.

Short term, I can just de-activate the plug-in when it is not needed. But it would be nice if this can get patched at some point.
