# Interface error loading

 * I just installed the plugin. None of the settings are showing up. I cannot connect
   to adsense. The “add me now” is also not linking to anything. Also when setting
   a condition in the new ad setting, the condition logic fields do not appear after
   selecting the type of condition.

 * Please ensure your browser is not using any ad or script blocking tool or extension
   while working with Advanced Ads.
 * While the backend is showing like this you, you should also be able to see an
   error messages in your browsers’ development console. [This guide](https://wpadvancedads.com/manual/javascript-jquery-problems/#Identify_the_cause)
   will help to identify the cause too.
