Title: Interface and upload problem Last modified: August 21, 2016 --- # Interface and upload problem * [JSF1000](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jsf1000/) * (@jsf1000) * [12 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/interface-and-upload-problem/) * (1) Have just upgraded WP and NextGen now refuses to upload new images. appears to be doing it’s thing, but when I go to manage gallery, there’s no picture or file info there, (altho it has a spot for the image) and when I go to the gallery on the page, there’s only a big honking name link rather than a thumb and no image when you click on it. * (2) I HATE the fact that you can no longer go from the upload page to the gallery you’ve just uploaded to. I use that feature ALL the time to refine the uploaded image information, and I load to old galleries all the time. Hunting through hundreds of galleries (which you can’t have listed in alphabetical order rather than date…another pain in the pituza) in order to put in captions is really annoying. * I’m going to try rolling back because I NEED to be able to upload images today, but I’m really not looking forward to it. I’m hoping your data tables haven’t undergone a major change with this upgrade. * Just for the record and while I realize beggars can’t really be picky (tho I did donate pretty generously back when I first began using!) I’m so sorry. I’ve been really busy elsewhere, and the email alerting me to your response got lost in a stream of notifications. * I did a rollback and everything was going swimmingly, so I sort of let the matter drop. If it would help, I could upgrade again (knowing the rollback works. :D) Would you need me to leave it there so you can check the site itself? * My blog is on BlueHost in my own domain, and I already use the postname permas. * Don’t know that I have credentials! 😀 I’ve been using NextGen since I put up my WP blogs several years ago. Heavily dependent on it!
