• I don’t mind paying for templates, but I do expect them to WORK! Also they should be tested by the developers against the most typical suite of plugins.

Too hard to reach premium templates that I had already paid for, and support simply suggested “turn off everything and see” in response to support question.

A pity, as it seems a great concept, just apparently not well executed. Support forums also not very helpful!

I’m sorry for your experience. For paid users we are in month two release of our all in one suite. We had some growing pains but I have not heard in complaints about template installation issues in a months.

Bc the venture does not make enough revenue to support the costs of development and upkeep yet and I am the lead developer and customer support technician I have to have people try switching themes and disabling plugins first to see if it is a conflict. This is my standard practice and necessary or I’d be debugging conflicts all day instead of developing and improving the tool suite to a point where it accomplishes it’s goal and is super stable.

I do not believe a one star review is fair for the product that is offered. Not the free version or the paid version. I also provide no hassle refunds to those I cannot help and am polite to my customers, lost or gains. That alone should shield me from one star reviews.

Please consider changing your review to something more moderate or trying the tool again for a better experience.
