Interactive map plug in

Hi – I’m looking for a recommendation for an interactive map plug-in that’s compatible with the wordpress version I’m using that will allow me unlimited number of markers which can open a link to another page on my website specifically for the Western Cape in South africa. Any help will be much appreciated!
