Hi, I uploaded your plugin Friday- its very cool well done.

But my woo commerce shop went down, any orders placed since, havent gone thouugh to distributor- something we only realised today- still trying to fix- as in the API key that the distributors had – permissions were changed, password and key apparently –

Do you know is there any issues with bing maps plugin that might lead to this ?

    Hi,

Thank you for using WP Bing Map Pro.
The plugin has minimal exposure to the visitor, to let your website being compromised.
Any data arriving from the admin section is sanitized before entering the database. When is displayed into bing map infoboxes, there is another layer of protection from bing map as checks for any scripts injected.
The plugin does not have any input data received directly from any user. All ajax requests from the admin section is verified when processed in the back end.
The “Address Suggestion” for Checkout page, uses only a request to bing map to request the library for Address Suggestion and completes the fields in the page.
I hope this explanation helps you debug your website breakdown.
Ideally will be to have tracking plugins to see any urls being forced to open on your website. Also captcha or any other security plugins to avoid any brute force, or http attacks.
Again this plugin has no interaction with woocommerce core api. Only the checkout is autofilled, but no scripts interact with it.

    Regards.

From chatting with the person by email, the issue was related to external woocommerce api called not processed when the plugin was enabled.
Cannot determine what the issue is, as I have not much information or access to fix this issue.
