Integration with woocommerce unbelievable complex

    I love Learnpress but when I finally set up all my courses I bought the Woocommerce addon from Thimpress to be able to sell them. The frustration already started there since the price was 49,99 but in a different section of the page it said 39,- . I guess that I had to stop there when I was unable to figure out how to buy it for 39,- clearly my intellect was not high enough to proceed for the upcoming challenges.

    After installation I followed all the steps but and put the course in a product. When ordering the product in an incognito window everything worked on the woocommerce side but not on Learnpress. I set up account through the received email to login but how to get to the course is nowhere explained in tutorials. I receive an email for /myaccount/ but for learnpress it needs to be /lp-profile/ to show the courses.

    Even when I found out how to access the learnpress profile I was not enrolled in the course I bought. (and woocommerce order was visible)

    Trying to make a ticket on Thimpress was also not possible and redirected to home page.

    So now only option left is to leave a 1 star review as a warning to others.

    Sorry about that. We work hard to fix if-know reason errors. It can be the reason by wp_remote_post (background) is not enabled, please install the plugin “Facebook for WooCommerce” and on the backend go to Woocommerce > Status > Tools > Background Processing Test then click “Run test” if message show “Success! You should be able to process background jobs.” it enable else not.

    Because you use addon premium so you can create ticket on the forum. We’ll check your site.

    Dear Thimpress, can you explain how enabling background processing solves the problem that the customer doesn’t receive any information on how to enrole to the course ?
    What kind of background job should I enable and which problem does it solve?

    Currently, Addon LP Woocommerce Payment handled by check WC Order is complete will be added courses to LP Order on background, the reason we run on the background because it fast and do not affect to load page speed, but for some reason, site or host is disable CronJob, wp_remote_post so it run wrong.

    You can check wp-config.php has enable WP_CRON or add define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true);

    And the best solution, you use addon premium, so you should create a ticket. So we can easy check, or send you beta version for you can check it. We developing beta version for Addon Woo Payment, can choice run manual or background
