WLM has a lot of issues, but this isn't one I'm familiar with. I'm using WLM and CCTM on a site and I can't reproduce this.
Also, when you report an issue, it's best to include all the relevant info, most importantly the versions of the plugins. I put together a page in the CCTM manager pages that lists all that for you so it's easy to copy and past.
If I were you, I'd contact WLM for support: they actually get paid to offer support while (generally) I do not. I suspect the problem might be in their plugin anyhow.
