• Hi and thank you for you great plugin. I’m the author of Header and Footer a plugin used to inject “things” in pages.

I’m making the plugin compatible with AMP by Automattic but I would like to make it compatible with yours as well.

Actually the plugin lets free injection on top/bottom of a post, in the head (for example I used it to add the adsense amp support in a blog using the AMP plugin, and extra styles.

I don’t know if you plugin already has extension to allow all that “free” injection, but if it would be valuable for you to be compatible with header and footer I’m here to collaborate.

For example did you have something like “is_amp_endpoint()” to recognize is we are in a amp post context?

    Thank you very much, Stefano.

We can get in touch even outside of this support forum if it’s more convenient to you my email is stefano@satollo.net.

And I have another integration proposal for the Newsletter: do you already support amp forms?

    Hey @satollo,

Thank you for writing to us and thank you for taking your time out and making your plugin compatible with AMPforWP.

Yes, you can use hooks to inject elements in header and footer on AMP pages, also we have “ampforwp_is_amp_endpoint()” function works same as “is_amp_endpoint()” to check if we are on AMP pages or not.

Please do let me know if you have any questions, I will be more than happy to help you and looking forward to the collaboration. You can directly email me at mohammed@magazine3.com.

PS: Yes, we are working on form support on AMP pages and it is under development.

    Mohammed Kaludi
