Integration of WP-PageNavi in my theme

    Hello,
    I just installed WP-PageNavi.
    Now, according to the WP-PageNavi installation guide, I need to modify the PHP files for my theme.
    Unfortunately after a lot of research I cannot find the lines to replace in the PHP files of my theme.
    Could you help me find in which files are the lines to be replaced?
