• Hi

Great plugin. Just what I needed to have lots of guest authors without having to register them.

I have it set up on the Genesis framework using the Breakthrough theme.

I used Bill Eriksons code to get the template tags into the theme’s function.php file.

The only issue I’m having is that the guest author meta names only link to their other blog posts. I’m mainly trying to use Co-Authors Plus to assign guest authors to custom posts generated by the Genesis Portfolio Pro plugin. So you can click their names and see all other portfolio posts (projects) that they authored.

I can assign guest authors to a portfolio post, and it displays the author names in the portfolio post meta data. But it just gives a 404 error when you click on the guest author name in the portfolio area.

When I look in the guest authors section, none of the guest authors have any portfolio posts assigned to them even though some are assigned to many portfolio posts. The only posts that show up in there are normal blog posts.

So, in summary, it seems to function fine in the normal blog posts but the guest author link is broken in the portfolio posts.

    Am I missing something?

    Thank you.
