 * This looks worth trying. I’ve always groaned when it came to Constant Contact
   and customizable forms.
 * But what if… if you have a multi level form, e.g. Gravity Form or Donation Form,
   is there a way to integrate it with Constant Contact “as an option”…? e.g. Would
   you also like to be added to our newsletter list?…yes no…
 * If so, please let me know how.

 * At the moment, the plugin doesn’t have that level of integration with other form
   builders/providers. However, I will pass along the request for consideration.
