Integrating Theme My Login Registration

    I’ve added two extra fields to Theme My Login’s registration form for first & last name and I’d like those values passed to MailChimp.

    Under MailChimp plugin’s User Sync menu, I see that I can send additional user fields to MailChimp. What values should I use to send first and last name?
