[resolved] Integrate Roles from UAM (4 posts)

I came here searching for a way to hide menu items from any but some users based on roles I created with User Access Manager.

This looks promising, but it does not list my roles from UAM.

    Regards

Unfortunately, I've never heard of UAM, so I have no idea how it works. My plugin should list any role in the global $wp_users array, which is to say, any role that was registered in the WordPress-standard way.

I'm working on something that should at least allow users to add and verify their own non-standard roles in the next release.

Yes, user access manager seems not to use wp_users :(
I was led to another plugin for access management and it works out of the box. Since our site will go live next wednesday and I have only some 10 pages to manage my problem is solved.

This is the plugin I now use for anybody who had the same problem.
