Insurance not Calculating

    I have this option “Insure shipment against cart total” checked, but it’s not adding the insurance to the Total Shipping. When I got into My UPS and run a test on a 17lbs $249.99 product, the price is say around $22.50. When I look at it in my shopping cart, it’s $19.66. Also the cost on several of the shipping options in the cart is less than the cost in My UPS.
