Hi, I just dl this plugin and I clicked on the link below:

“We have launched a new Audio/Video encoding service for BuddyPress Media. You can activate it for free.”

    I got this message though:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I’m a super admin, so I’m not sure what other permissions I need. Is this something that I must have?

    Thanks!

I actually get the same message each time I save new changes to the settings. It does seem to be able to save properly, so maybe it’s a message glitch.

    Please upgrade to rtMedia 3.x

That was a small glitch and in past, clicking on link in that message would have worked. That link was only pointing to settings page on your own site. Nothing harmful. Though it was irritating.

Glitch was – dismissing message was dependent on our plugin JS which we did not load on every wordpress-admin page. Loading own plugin JS on every page was not recommended either.

Anyway, I hope new update will fix some of your issues.

Sorry but we do not provide support here anymore.
