Insufficient founds in credit card, but order was created

Hi,

One customer just tried to buy a product with a credit card with insufficient founds and, despite receiving the message of ‘failed payment’, the order was created.

When I test using this credit card numbers: https://stripe.com/docs/testing#cards-responses, I receive an error message and the order is not created (stays in the stripe modal box I use), but when I use the (4100000000000019 – Charge is declined with a card_declined code and a fraudulent reason), the payment is accepted( button turns green) and despite not going to the thank you page and staying in checkout, it creates the order on Woocommerce.

I am totally not getting why some errors are displayed right in the modal box and others turn the pay button green and then display the message in the checkout, creating the order at the same time.

Can some one help me to debug this?
